もともと一部分が欠けているお皿や、傷がついている家具など、
梱包する段階でお荷物の不具合を発見したら、お客様へご通知し、且つ、専用用紙に記載して着地側にも情報共有をいたします。
帰国当日
引越会社に預けた手荷物を、チェックインカウンターにて受け取ってください。
旅行者免税の手続きがある方は、航空会社にチェックインする前に免税カウンターにて手続きを。
（ＣＤＧ空港の機械の税関端末で、TAX Freeの用紙とパスポートをスキャンするだけです。簡単に終了しますが、団体旅行の列ができているかも。早目に到着しておくのが懸命です）
床養生・壁養生 300€ /１式
お客様の室内の床や壁、搬出入する通路やエレベーターホールなどの共用部分に養生をして作業を致します。退去の時の作業で、不要なトラブルを避けるのにオススメ。
尚、お客様のご希望がなくとも、大理石の床材・壁材や、新築の高級物件など、弊社で必要と判断した場合は、適宜、無料で床養生・壁養生を行います。
